Location is great, easy to reach the city centrum by foot or by bus, near a mall . Room is very big, the quenn size bed was great. Breakfast very good and enough.

clean, convenient for the short break we needed to visit friends. super helpful staff, nice small informal modern welcoming bar and restaurant on ground floor. 20 mins from airport. staff were fantastic

Excellent hotel near Valencia Nord bus station and minute walk from old town. Modern hotel, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and very good Restaurant service (their lunch, "Menu del Dia" with three courses is inexpensive and very good, many local come to eat so their lunch hour (13:30-15:00) place is full. Breakfast was above expectation, Full Breakfast with egg, bacon, fresh fruit, and freshly baked breads. 5 minute walk to entrance to the park surrounding old city.

The hotel takes extra step to feel the guests welcome, e.g. by offering a welcome drink and a complementary coffee during the visit. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Room was cozy and well suited for our stay.

Great reception desk staff.nedexa 3:30 wake up, personal knock at door and then 4:00 a.m. taxi to airport. Happy driver cost 18 euros. Great service all round.

This must be the friendliest hotel in Valencia! The staff are OUTSTANDING in how they interact with guests. No request was too much trouble for them. They were constantly cheerful and obliging. A special mention for receptionists Sebastian, Ion and Klaus and ALL of the waiters, who managed to be cheerful even at 07:00. These are all people who are clearly happy in their work, and it made my one-week stay in the hotel very enjoyable.
