The bed was fantastic, and the location of the property is good as there is plenty of public transport and shops nearby.

I could have given 8/10 as the room and the bed were great. However, the guy (A?j who was doing my booking called me 4 hours before the end of the booking time telling me that ( in a very bossy way) he needed to go so I needed to be the ASAP there ! It ruined my plan of the day as I had to interrupt what I was doing and run to him. When I arrived, he told me that he was covering for a friend and he was doing him and me a favour to be there ( it is his job ….how rude and unreasonable) the whole experience could have been better if the staff like him were more responsible and professional!! Also the fan on the ceiling was really unstable so it was so noisy so I could not use it! Thanks God there was another fan!
