Contact details are available on your booking confirmation.If two rooms are booked, additional information will be required from guests, including the purpose of their travel, to assess their acceptance. Group bookings are subject to a supplement of EUR 2,000 per flat, payable at the time of booking. This amount will be added to the selected rate.This property does not permit bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations. All guests must present a valid identification document and complete the traveler registration required by the Ministry of the Interior.Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.Late check-in after 20:00 incurs a surcharge of EUR 30, while check-in after 22:00 carries a fee of EUR 40. Check-in is not possible after 01:00.For stays of less than 10 nights, a damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This deposit must be paid by credit card and will be fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided the accommodation is in good condition.For stays longer than 11 nights, a damage deposit of EUR 500 is required, to be paid by credit card. This amount will be refunded within 30 days of check-out, once the accommodation is inspected, and any consumption of electricity and water during the stay is calculated. The apartment itself was comfortable (1st floor, app #2, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, wide balcony), big enough for 3 adults and 2 kids, kitchen and facilities (we were cooking some food ourselves) , clean and warm ( big thank you for heaters, in Jan it was cold during the night). Reception is working from 9:30 till 13:30 and 16:00 till 20:00h, make sure you address your issues within mentioned timeframes.

The apartment is clean and spacious. It has two bathrooms and two large bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped.
