The staff was always very friendly and helpful, everything was clean and the building with its small garden is just beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful, but nothing too special. The location was easily reachable by bus.

Duplex room were very cozy. And nice thing is that you have to put label on the door if you need cleaning - staff is not knocking on the door every day.

Cosy place not far from the port, with near bus stations, shops, bars, restaurants. Possibility to rent bike.

Environment is so nice that furniture, de oration and lights, I think may be improved to make experience 'extraordinary" .. I WAS '"ALONE" ... So, no problem ! ... but I would have sone warm details if shared with a partenaire (flowers, decoration, more cozy environement (I have been working as advisor ...i. other areas ...and is just an advice ... nothing else !! - Push button in parking exit (-1) is pkaced in wrong position (not operable from tge car ... Very easy to adapt !l - Parking button on elevator, CRIPTIC !! ... ⚘️

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with well-functioning air conditioning. We particularly enjoyed the automatic curtains and the fantastic water pressure in the shower. The beautiful outdoor seating area downstairs was a nice touch, and the staff were smiley, happy, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff, always helpful. Good cleaning service and good wifi. The smart tv was a nice touch. Beautiful terraces.

Location a little out of the way for the old town but easily walking distance to the beaches. In a residential area with little or no restaurants nearby. Hotel did not cater for lunch or dinner, just breakfast which was adequate. We hired bicycles from the hotel and that is the best way to travel around Valencia.
