Great experience and great apartment. Check-in via keybox was easy and convenient. The host provided all instructions we needed. Well equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes and even juicer. Localization is perfect since it is 20 mins by walk to the beach and the same time is needed to go to Ciudad de las Artes. Definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was big and we had 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Good location with a supermarket around the corner. Had a lovely yard where kids were playing and very responsive host. We were allowed to check out later and to leave out bags because of the late flight we had. Thanks!

Communication with Alfonso was very easy and he made an effort to accommodate our needs. The apartment is really spacious and we had everything that we needed to make coffee, toast and to cook simple meals. The location of the flat is good for getting to the City of Arts and Sciences and to the beach, it's a little further to the Old Town but the bus no. 19 goes right there and the stop is very close by. There are lots of small grocery stores and cafés in the immediate neighbourhood and we really enjoyed it - it is ideally located for the marathon start/finish.

Overall, the apartment was clean. The apartment we stayed in had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and living room. We were on the 6th floor. There is a lift that takes you not far from the front door to the room. The main bedroom had a double bed and an ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms had 2 single beds in each bedroom. All bedrooms had good wardrobe space. The kitchen had more or less everything you would need. There were 6 of us, so there were enough plates, cutlerys and glasses to go round. There are different sizes of pans also if you wanted to do your own cooking. The living room was a fairly good size with a dining table. The pictures on booking.com don't do justice. Location wise, there is a fairly good-sized grocery shop not far from the apartment where you can find your essentials, and there is also a Lidl nearby. Malvorossa Beach is not far either, you can either walk it or get the bus. The City Centre was easy reachable by bus. We were really happy and comfortable in the apartment and would definitely stay there again if we we ever went back to Valencia.

The accommodation is further in a good location for a short walk to the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences and close enough to the metro for everywhere else in Valencia. The accommodation is spacious and easy to live there as at home.

Walking distance to the Oceanografic museum, close to the metro station (airport line), tram going to the beach and bus going to the city centre. Lots of bars and food markets around. Good beds with white bed sheets. A lot of towels. Orange juicer among other useful stuff. Very good contact with the property owner. Our flight was late at night and he let us leave the suitcases inside the flat after we had checked out so we could pick them out in the evening.
