There was a kitchenette in the room. The room was well heated and warm and very quiet. The room was spacious and very good value for money.

Good secure and free parking behind the building; great breakfast with a good range of north European and French items, pretty comfortable rooms. The hotel is well located for the city centre as well.

We needed a wheelchair-accessible room, and they reserved it for us. It worked fine, although the automatic opening of the door did not work (and it is indeed very difficult to open a heavy door from a wheelchair), and the bathroom floor ended up all wet because of an inadequate slope of the floor towards the room. Parking was fine, but the parking lot could have a direct entrance to the hotel. The service was very nice.

Available secure parking, very friendly staff and a couple of minutes walk to the centre. Nice sized room with comfy bed. Great breakfast.

Very good access to the city center. We are lucky to get a private car park - limited space. Hotel staffs are friendly and supportive. Alll went well.

The staff are amazing and kind. We arrived tired from a long journey due to a train delay and they ensured check in was simple and smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, a walking distance from everything. Our room has a balcony overlooking a lovely sight. We were granted a late check-out and the staff helped us call a taxi. We loved Valence, both the city and the people!
