Location central, staff was helpful and polite, space very clean. A little kitchen very convenient. Our dog was welcomed and received a gift which was a lovely touch:) Very pet friendly place, would come back for sure!

the apartment was great we had an awful journey so didnt explore Valence as we had and wished wed had two nights. it had everything we needed. the receptionist was so helpful

We stayed for a one night stop over. Valence exceeded our expectations as a city. The hotel is close to the station, and we had a good sized room with kitchenette which could be handy. The bed was comfy.

I used two different Appart'City apartments during a motorcycling trip through France in June 2024 (Valence and Orleans) and both were excellent. Originally booked the first one as our usual choice of Ibis hotels was thin on the ground and we were struggling to find an alternative with secure parking. However, the Appart'City delivered on all fronts - location, accommodation and value for money. Will use again without hesitation.
