We loved our stay at this guesthouse! The location gives you a perfect mountain experience while staying in a very comfortable house. The hosts are great and very dedicated to the place. The dinner they prepared for us was delicious (you should try their traditional polenta!). We truly recommend this guesthouse and even more for those who want to do the hike to Theth.

Elsa and her father could not have been more helpful. She speaks excellent English and was so friendly, she helps to create a great atmosphere at the guest house. We were provided with substantial breakfasts and dinner. Perfectly placed for the start of the path to Theth so great for the beginning of the walk.

The room was super clean and everything seemed very new. The family that runs the place are very sweet people that were always up for some small talk. They also packed us a delicious lunch for on the Valbona Theth trail. Lastly, the dinner was delicious, with some authenic albanian dishes we didn't try out before.

The warm-hearted local family welcomed us with open arms, coming to find us after we arrived in the dark and helping us with everything. We enjoyed the homegrown food, jams, and dairy products they provided during our stay. It was a very cozy experience sitting around the fireplace in the common area with the family, their cat and dog. Overall, it was a wonderful family-run experience in calm and beautiful surroundings.

Back to nature! The rooms were cosy and beds really nice. Could use some finishing touches (no nightstand, only one wall light, bathroom was functional but a bit DIY). We joined for dinner and breakfast and loved it! Everything is homemade or home grown. Host was also really friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. Make sure to bring cash because you can’t pay with card or through booking.com! Recommend staying here if you’re doing the Valbona-Teth hike since it’s right alongside the trail.

Amazing Place, Great food and especially Turkish coffee, Friendly and nice staff, very clean, I am suggesting this place to every one. Close to start of Valbona-theth Hiking path. Just a bit difficult to find it. I am already missing the place and looking forward to go there again.

It is a perfect stop after doing Theth-Valbona hike because it lays at the end of the trail so nu unneccesary extra hiking. Food was ok as well as the location The madam speaks perfect English

Gorgeous property set in the forest at the head of the trail from theth. Large cosy rooms in stone house. The separate central dining room and lounge is very well heated and a great place to meet other travellers. Elsa the host was super friendly and helpful and a great cook! They make and grow 99% of everything you eat and drink. Highly recommend.
