Julias Place offers a clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment including access to a quiet garden area. Private entry and parking facility is also included. No long distances. Very friendly and pleasant hosts, proving ready to assist when needed. A perfect base for visiting Echmiadzin and surroundings, with good potential for relaxation. Truly to be recommended.

Convenient location for visiting all of Vagharshapat sights and experiences. Private entrance to accommodation, away from main road, so very peaceful and quite location. I stayed here for 1 week, and left felling totally relaxed and chilled. Access to outdoor, covered garden area and grill (although I never used it). Apartment was very well decorated, and had a very homely feeling to it. Hosts were wonderful, proving fruit from their garden. Recommended.

Very friendly host. Clean and comfortable. Everything was great. Added bonus kf a bakery a few metres down the road for some hot armenian bread. Loved it.
