Some good things about Sayaji Hotel 1) Overall room size is good 2) Facilities in room are good 3) Location is good Things that need improvement 1) Staff at Reception definitely need more training - mostly they were not v welcoming, and were speaking rudely amongst themselves 2) took and INADVERTENTLY LONG time to finish the check in process and allocate rooms 3) Linen in room was stinking and seemed used. Had to demand fresh linen which was complied with v swiftly! 4) Rooms had a mildly unpleasant stink. Hotel needs to look into that

Staff at Kebabville at 8th floor was very nice. Even in rush hour they ensured we got proper table. They attended us very well. Bell boys were very helpful. View was relaxing from our room. Basics were there in the room.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Rohit at the front desk, staff in the restaurant and room service.

Very kind personnel, service minded and polite. Very good breakfast with plenty of options. The climatization of the room works well, and the bathroom is very fresh and well furnished. Comfy beds.
