We stayed in the hideout our tents and absolutely loved it! It is beautifully done with complete privacy. We had the half-board catering option and each meal was outstanding! Each meal was Fresh, creative and full of flavour - a definite highlight for us.

The place it's beautiful but still need alot of development in order to attract more guest especially the restaurant and the menu in order for them to serve food coz the place its far from town.

An amazing Reserve run by people with passion and love for what they do. A playground for all MTB cyclists with so many routes to explore from beginners to advanced trails and all well marked. The Accommodation was comfortable , clean , quality bedding and everything right where you need it and more. The wood burning Hot Tub was a treat and at night just staring at the night sky soaking it all up was a perfect end to each day. Also a huge thank you to David and Respect that assisted with fixing my derailleur as I damaged it badly on some rocks but they got me riding again on the same day , great work guys THANK YOU .But that goes out to the whole team at Summerplace . Will be back :)

Lovely place for a weekend of peace and quiet. Nice walking and cycling trails. We didn't see a lot of game, but it was an exceptionally hot weekend. We enjoyed Saringa cottage with its privacy and the hot tub!! The restaurant area is lovely and serves pre-arranged meals. Staff were very friendly.

Female Solo Traveller here. The area is quiet. I traveled alone and felt very secure in the wild. I mostly do these for reading and hiking. And this place complimented my travel plans. The price for the stay is absolutely value for money, it is affordable. The communication from the staff prior to arriving was exceptional, even whilst staying there communication was great. The place is clean. I loved the trails on the property. I took the porcupine trail to the kloof, the Giraffe trail and the Sunset route too on foot whilst staying there. I intend to do the other trails in future. 100% recommend this place for couples, families and solo travellers like myself.
