Hotel Cristales de Sal is excellent value for money. It is clean. Rooms are a good size. Showers and sink have very good hot water. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good considering the size of the hotel, with fresh eggs cooked to order, fresh fruits and amazing coffee. Free hot water throughout the day so you can make instant coffees and teas. Lastly the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady in charge of the kitchen.

We loved it! Driving into Uyuni we though we couldn't really expect any luxery here. However, this place was fantastic. Very comfy bed, early check-in availability, hot shower. Loved!

We managed to check in a bit earlier than the standard check in time which was handy. Our room was spacious and really clean and comfy (room 5) we had to check out super early to catch a bus to Argentina and instead of our breakfast we got a packed lunch which was nice!

After staying in other 4- and 3-star hotels in Bolivia, Hotel Cristales De Sal was a pleasant surprise. 1. No communication problems, as the receptionist lady spoke very good English. At the breakfast she came promptly to help the communication with the kitchen staff. 2. In contrast to the info at the Booking.com website (only cash payment), it was possible to pay with credit card (MasterCard). 3. The room was large, pleasantly designed. The bed was large, comfortable, memory foam pillows. It contained an electric heater, the lady switched it on upon introducing us into the room. 4. Modern bathroom. 5. The breakfast was very good: fresh bread, hot meal (eggs). Though the choice was limited (probably because of the small number of guests), for us it was enough.

Room was big, comfortable and clean. In our room we had an electric heater (much appreciated, with respect to gas/wood which cannot be on all night). Shower water was hot (not sink water unfortunately).

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable and cozy beds, not sure about location as just got picked up for a trip to salt flats, but seemed fine.
