Lila “Beautiful location but terrible staff”

Casa Grande definitely is a beautiful place, in the middle of the mountains, with views on lush green forests. The access to unlimited free coffee/tea/flavored water is also appreciated. The bedrooms are not amazing, but they are comfortable enough, even though for this price, a bigger bed would be good. The swimming pool is also very beautiful, clean and calm.

We loved the retreat. Situated in beautiful grounds, we had the room n°9 situated right at the end, which was wonderful. Nice big, clean & comfortable room and lovely terrace with a hamac, to lie and listen to the waterfall and frogs, insects Good breakfast & fantastic veggie food in the restaurant in the evening (a special ++ for the coconut ceviche) Staff very friendly & welcoming Pool warm and big enough to have a good swim And situated in a beautiful region

Location's environment meets relaxation and disconnect. Staff very dedicated to make your stay memorable. Restaurant staff very helpful and food delicious. Ambience makes you feel close to nature, as a Puertorrican born and raised in the island, this place made me feel like when I was gowing up. The intent for a weekend to recharge was met beyond my expectations. Extremely happy with this location.
