It's a fantastic place for a family stay near the Austrian mountains and a picturesque lake! We had a small but well-equipped kitchen, a soft bed big enough for parents with a small child, and tranquility around the place every evening. Every morning, we started with freshly cooked eggs from the house (available for purchase through self-service) and delicious fresh yogurt (another self-service option just 200 meters away). There are plenty of activities for children at the place: horse riding, feeding and petting farm animals, and playing on the private playground with a trampoline. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for another holiday in the area.

We enjoyed 4 nights in the one bedroom apartment. All was well equipped and clean. We had bikes and enjoyed riding every day, lots of tracks to choose from. At the property is a small lake, where you can swim too.

Anita is a lovely host. She and her family provide a warm welcoming place. She gave me a handmade candle that smells so good to put in balcony :) The property balcony gives you nature view on the lake and Uttendorf town. Children enjoyed backyard playground (slide, trampoline, swing, and others) also in front yard there’re many toys that my child enjoyed. The house located in the farm with farm animals (cows, horses, rabbits, and cats). You’re supposed to be quiet by 9:00 pm since Antia’s family living in the building with other guests. So no parties no noises and you need to be respectful. The amenities are in good condition (dish washer and washing machine, fridge, stove and oven).
