This is a great place to see the aurora borealis or Northern lights. There is a viewing platform above the hotel, where you can stand and watch the Aurora for as long as you wish.

Room was spacious, warm, clean and with nice details and decoration. Even the restaurant was closed due to low season, they prepared a nice breakfast basket. The check in, access to the room and parking were convenient and easy. In the night it was very slippery in the hotel yard due to the warm temperatures of January and the rain, but in the morning they sand the whole area and that was helpful to walk around and to drive out. Nice location on the Deatnu River shore.

Great stay. Nails all the fundamentals with a modern Finnish touch. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked them whole lot of questions since they are locals and they know what’s best. I am very happy I chose hotel Valle as my choice of accommodation.

It’s great. Venue looks great and modern. The room is warm and has great insulation. Large windows show some beautiful scenery. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Really nice unit - warm, comfortable and cozy. We stayed during the off season, so the booking came with breakfast delivered to our room the night before. It was great to be able to have it on our own time.

Amazing place managed by very nice and friendly people. We got what we asked for, the personnel was extremely available for any query we had. There are few things that were missing in the cottage : we just asked for it and few hours later, we got it;) The boss drove us to the bus stop back anf forth which was very kind as we had very heavy luggages. Needless to mention the surrounding nature with all you could see in Lapland: river, reinders, rabbits, birds....we could see all those from our cottage's window;) perfect stay with very high standard and very good quality/ price ratio. We will come back for sure with...more people;)
