Rivka “great place for summer”

We came at mid October 2024. The house was lovely and answered well to our sleeping, cooking and showering needs. Unfortunately, outside temperature was 0-5°c. The house has no central heating system, and equipped with electric light duty heating devices only. There was a fire place at the kitchen, with no wood in house. After asking for more heating devices the wood was supplied (but this heating method is helpful only for the kitchen). All in all, the place is roomy and authentic, but we spent most of our time in it busy on keep our children warm. It's really fine to call your place a "summer house" and take it off market after September, if you can't heat it properly.

A gorgeous huge house in a mountainous village of Utsera. For us, after staying in small cabins for a long time, it was just like a bit of fresh air or like coming home. The house is both authentic and beautifully renovated. The host provided it with every necessary item you may need (different kinds of coffee makers, spices, kitchen utensils, interesting books, a washing machine etc.) The terrace is great to have a cup of coffee looking at the mountains. The house is sparkling clean and Ana (who lives nearby) came every 5 days to make it even cleaner) If you want you can buy some local products with the help of Ana. Besides during the high season (we stayed there in August) 2 small shops are open (they are near Manino Hotel). As for me, I went to Oni for shopping. It's really close because the roads in Racha are great (except the dirt road part in the village itself but it's short). Magti is not very good there but Geocell was excellent in case you are going to work remotely. The host Artyom was very friendly and always ready to help. A highly recommended place to stay at for rest or remote work!
