Convenient location (not far from the course place we had, and from the city center). Opportunity to cook ourselves. A lot of space in the room. Warm.

Well equipped and large airy apartment in a really nice neighbour of Utrecht. Unlike some other apartments I've stayed in elsewhere getting into the apartment on arrival with a remote key was easy and the admin team were very helpful in coordinating this and the swipe card entry card was waiting on the table inside. The shower was fine and some freebies were provided. The cooking facilities were good for self catering but I could not work out how to get the combination oven to work after several attempts On raising this the admin team suggested contacting them so that they could show me, I suggested a simple laminated card would be better as it would mean waiting in otherwise. I found the bed comfortable but the pillows provided were exceptionally soft and unsupportive I'd recommend a choice of firm and soft for future guests? They give guidance for nearest supermarkets, buses and other info beside the reception desk which I found very helpful .... two small supermarkets lie approx 1km away both well stocked, and nice walking/cycling routes there and back. All in all though I enjoyed my stay here and felt it was a great base to explore Utrecht and other places like Gouda, Den Bosch, Amsterdam and Leiden. I used the train system from the Centraal Stn which was excellent, clean, regular and reliable .... the complete opposite of British rail. I hope to explore more of the Netherlands in the near future and hope that Utrechtcityapartments will be free to book again. Definitely recommended for singles or a couple.

the location is very convenient to grocery stores and some bus stops. The room is very comfortable and all the cooking tools are provided.
