The front desk team went above and beyond, kindly receiving my package even before I arrived in the Netherlands—a thoughtful touch that made me feel immediately welcomed! The staffs are incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Domtoren. Plus, the area is brimming with charming cafes and fantastic restaurants, perfect for exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Utrecht

Second time I stayed at the Nox hotel. Its just an amazing cozy hotel located at the city Centrum.

The general ambience was lovely- I particularly liked the small touches like the music in the hallways and the air fresheners. The cleaning staff and the reception staff were delightful and helpful.

The room was very clean, beautifully laid out with great amenities. The location was ideal, close to the centre but not too close and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really comfortable bed and massive shower.

Beautiful room. View of the Dom was stunning. Shower and facilities in the room were great. Reception were always on hand whether that was booking taxi services to providing water to the room. Location of the hotel was exceptional, so close to the canal and Dom. Honestly such a wonderful experience. Thank you so much to all staff.
