Excellent location. Parking costs at the hotel are fair 20€) compared to parking on the street 47,x/day). Cosy breakfast room and nice breakfast (it’s like a b’n’b). Stylish boutique hotel.

The staff are very friendly. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 18:30. They called me to ask about my arrival time and waited for me to check in (I arrived around 18:45). The room and bed are quite spacious. The location is not too far from the metro station and city centre. Breakfast is good.

We had a warm welcome when we arrived and was shown to our beautiful room. The room was tastefully decorated, had a very comfortable bed and a wonderful view over trees and the canal. The breakfast was delicious, of good quality and served in beautiful surroundings. We arrived by car on a Saturday and parked on the road outside the hotel where we payed for a day ticket but Sunday was free. There was also cheaper car parking facilities nearby. Communications were friendly and prompt. We will definitely stay again.

What I thought was cool was the rooms were themed or symbolized museums or locations of the city. I was honored to get the botanical garden as inspiration! Amenities great! Breakfast super tasty! The location was great too, I could walk to everything! Thank you very much!!!

I LOVED Muze out of all the places I stayed at the most! Definitely stay here, it is very beautiful, big, clean, the room has a really nice and chique atmosphere and the breakfast is really lovely 🥰 it felt like a home, whereas other places I stayed at in Utrecht didn’t have the same feel as Muze!

The room was good. Big comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The staff were lovely, very friendly, and let us check in early, which was good of them.

- The staff were always very kind and caring. - Generous breakfast. They left it ready when I had to leave before 8:00. - I arrived early in Utrecht and could leave my luggage at the hotel before the check-in time. - I had a problem with my room and the staff apologized repeatedly and tried to make it less bad. - Beautiful facilities, enough space in my room, nice bathroom.
