This small boutique hotel is a gem! The room we had was in the rooftop with nice view in the main road. The bed - pillows were from heaven, the name cozy pillow is accurate! It is located in the center of Utrecht, walking distance from the canals and all the restaurants of the city. The girls welcomed us with hospitality and a genuine smile. I would definitely rebook to stay here if i visit again Utrecht.

Great location, right in the heart of Utrecht. Lovely comfortable room, in a traditional building, very sympathetically renovated, giving modern style and facilities. Digital key was helpful as our arrival time was delayed due to airport problems, but this system meant we had no problem checking in.

Top notch location in the middle of the centre of Utrecht. It's easy to walk everywhere and very nice to have the option of going back to your hotel room to freshen up. The bed was also very comfortable.

This place is lovely. Staff was absolutely lovely too. Light didn't work in bathroom when I arrived, staff took care of that straight away. Even left a spare battery light to use incase it happened again during the night. It didn't, lights were fine then. Mini fridge was nice. Bed was very comfy. Everything was nice and clean. Bathroom was stylish and even had a frosted glass window as a door. Don't worry you can't see through it. We tested that 🤣 There are plates with knives and forks to use. Little shampoo, conditioner and shower gel there too, and a nice smelling bar of soap. Clean white towels. Place was quite and in a great location. Only like a 10 minute walk from utrecht train station.

Such a comfortable stay - great stay all around, perfect location and lovely room. The bed was extra comfortable - great black out curtains too!

Very spacious comfortable room, very nice bathroom. Nicely furnished. Breakfast isn't provided, but aside from the fridge, kettle and coffee machine, there are 2 plates with knives and forks, plus a fold-out table and extra chair, so you can buy fresh breakfast items from nearby supermarkets/bakeries. The bed is very comfortable. The guesthouse is in a pedestrian-only shopping street - no traffic noise and very quiet at night.
