The hotel is perfectly located close to the main attractions of Utrecht, in a calm street. My room was spatious and nice. There were many drawers to put your staff in, and a desk. Good lightning! The staff was nice. Very easy check-in/check-out procedures.

Its a great location, with reasonably sized rooms where the windows open, and a desk is there as well. There are some snacks in the room (crisps and the like), and free lemon/mint water to carry up. Thanks to the friendly receptionist I could also get a much needed glass of wine though the bar was just closing. Breakfast had freshly pressed juice! And fruit and yoghurt. Also, design matters, and the rooms and breakfast room are nicely designed, making this a special place

We chose the canalside rooms the hotel offers - literally within some of the arches. The rooms have real character, whilst being modelled in a smart, contemporary way. Quiet and cosy. Managed to leave a pair of boots behind and the staff couldnt have been more helpful in getting them couriered back to me in the UK - a special thanks to Loes on the Front desk!

Staff at the front desk were lovely, we called them to say we're running late , no problem was the reply " I was about to call you to offer you a free room upgrade to one of our canal side properties " which was a god send after the day we'd had. Evening meal at the hotel in the garden was perfect and in a really relaxing setting, thank you all again.
