The room is in an atmospheric old Utrecht house, right in the middle of the Old Town, so an ideal base for walking around the centre. It is also 10 minutes walk from the railway station. The breakfast from the cafe downstairs is excellent but takes time to prepare and is only available from 8am, so no good if you need an early start.

The B&B is perfectly located right in the heart of the city, with a lively atmosphere all around. You’ll find plenty of bars, pubs, and cafés, many of which open early to start your day. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, offering a great space to relax. Breakfast at Anne&Max was both filling and delicious, providing a great start to the day.

Our stay was lovely. You are right in the center and can do everything by foot. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was even better than we anticipated after reading the good reviews. Even though you're in the center you don't hear the chatter of the people in the streets.
