The location was great, very central for the golden circle. The staff was very helpfull and the cottage was clean and nice, there was everything we need. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back when we come back to the beautiful Iceland!

We did enjoy our stay very much. It was rather cold outside during our stay, but the cottage was cozy and comfortably warm. The hot tub was absolutly great for warming up after being outside. Communication with Thorsteinn was easy, and he was very helpful. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect and the view was spectacular. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were clean and fresh. It was warm all the time and the hot tub was a great addition to our holiday. Everything we needed was provided.

We stayed at this establishment for one night with a group of 11 people. The apartments were very clean, comfortable and functional. we had a great time and will definitely come back in the future!

Everything! The cottagewas modern, warm and comfortable. We loved the private hot tub, the kitchen, the view and peace and quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. This booking wa really good value for money!Shame we could not stay longer.

I really like the location of this place, it was very close to the Geysir and Gullfoss waterfall. Nice, quiet area. The house itself was great and had everything we needed, like kitchen appliances. The house was already heated up before we arrived which was very nice. Communicative host and very smooth check-in. There was a shop inside the reception which was also very useful. The one thing I regret is that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the hot tubs which were available as well :) Totally worth the price :) I recommend Úthlíd Cottages!
