The fine print
- Reservations of 5 rooms or more are considered groups and may apply different conditions.-Stays on December 24th and December 31st have a mandatory dinner with an extra price. The hotel will contact you with all details.-Reservations are confirmed in dollar currency, any quote in another currency is for reference only. Based on Communication “A” 7630 of the Banco Central de la República Argentina, all reservations for passengers NOT residing in Argentina will be charged in USD For Argentine residents, the value in pesos will be calculated according to the official exchange rate of the Banco de la Nación Argentina at the time of payment.-The Spa, Pool, and Gym remain closed on Tuesdays until 12:00 for maintenance work. Minors (up to and including 16 years of age) must always be accompanied by an adult. Access for minors (up to and including 11 years old) in the Spa sector (swimming pool, jacuzzis, sauna, gym, relaxation room, pool bar, etc.) is from 11:00hs to 13:00hs and from 18:00hs a 20:00hs. It is mandatory that children who do not have sphincter control use water diapers in the pool and it is mandatory for all Spa users to shower in the locker room before using the pool or jacuzzis.Kids playground and babysitting service is available from July the 1st to september the 29th.

The property and communal areas are stunning! The room was lovely and clean and had all the usual facilities. We enjoyed spending time in the spa and you can also have lunch/afternoon tea in the spa. All the staff were exceptionally attentive and incredibly friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is fabulous. We went on the boat to see the sealions and penguins which was amazing, well worth the money as you are on a little boat as appose to a ferry. We got very close to both animals and saw an enormous star fish! Our guide Lucas was exceptional and was very generous us telling us a ton of history about Ushuaia. The cost of the hotel is high but it was worth it for the views and the communal areas and service received.

the hotel was beautiful and there was great view from the room. the spa was great with outdoor Jacuzzis in front of the view. we loved the restaurant and the entire staff were all very professional and very helpful and spoke good English
