It's an amazing hotel with great facilities, kind staff and spacious rooms. The restaurant and the bar are great. Highly recommended! Additionally, breakfast is very, very good.

The staff is generally very kind, but the organization is poor. The spa’s relaxation areas are beautiful, but they’re always crowded due to overbooking.

The location was amazing, the spa in fantastic, the evening meal, despite being smaller portions was the right amount of food and there was plenty of parking right next to the hotel.

The property is beautiful. Especially in snow, it looks amazing. The buildings are beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and chic. Everything in the rooms are beand new. Very comfortable beds. Nuxe adds an additional value. The location is quite far from main city, so if you want to shop or eat at a good restaurant, you better do before you go to the hotel location. There is a restaurant at the property but price/quality don't match. They need a better chef. But the hotel is like a dream. The staff is very good.

AThe hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The interior decorating in the hotel is elegant and in very good taste. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding.
