Decent hotel and it was good for me to stay one night prior to my flight. the guy at reception was very helpful - gave me couple of options for late night dinner and when next early morning i cud not get an uber to the airport promptly got a cab. he also got me something to eat although the breakfast was much later.

I needed a hotel for one night in Urgench before a flight to Tashkent and this was a super option. Very well located with some fab restaurants nearby. Spacious, very clean room with huge comfy bed. Lovely staff - I was having trouble with a Yandex driver whilst leaving messaging me in Russian which I don't speak, and the chap on reception really kindly helped me out by translating. Had to leave too early for breakfast so not sure what that was like but I'd definitely stay again as it's such great value

1. Great receptionists: very attentive to the customer’s needs, helpful and prompt. Helped from the very beginning with luggage, provided all required receipts, offered breakfast box, helped to arrange taxi to the airport. 2. Thank you for providing breakfast box: it was good, exactly what I like to eat in the morning 🙏🏻. 3. Good location of the hotel: a lot of nice places to eat nearby.

Nice and helpful staff. Especially owner's son. Good location. Hotel is close to the airport. Very spacious and clean room. We had early flight and it was to early for breakfast but they gave us take away boxes with food.
