We stayed at Sunrise Ureki this weekend and the experience is pretty nice. It's located in Magnetiti (5 minutes drive to Ureki) and this is a huuuuge advantage, because in July it can get a bit crowded down there, so we had our peace and also enjoyed the resort vibes at Ureki. The beach is 5 minutes walk, but be mindful that you would need to go through the muddy path (though the property has a shower at the entrance, so you could clean your legs afterwords). The building is a 3 floor house, with several rooms on each floor. Th room is okay, it has an AC, 1 king-size bed and a single bed, a wardrobe (is a bit flimsy, but it fits all the stuff), and a table with 3 banquettes. Also, we had a huge balcony, but there was no furniture, so we just dried our clothes there. The pressure in the shower is good, but don't forget to bring your flip flops, because there's no partition between a shower and a toilet, so if the next person wants to visit the bathroom they would easily slip. We were offered a breakfast (for additional price) and it was filling and tasty. We were allowed to bring a dog, which was very nice. the parking lot has plenty of parking spaces, but if you need to depart early in the morning don't park it behind the house. All in all the experience is good and I would definitely suggest to come here to experience the magnetic sand and swimming in the sea, with quietness and privacy.

Near the sea, everything in the room was super clean, air conditioning was very good and a tiny kitchen with all necessary materials was a big plus.

Overall the place is good. I liked the approach of the host, very human. I can Admit the warm greeting for a dog, for dog owners it means much. You can always ask for clean dishes, forks, etc. The kitchen is clean, everywhere is clean and great. To tell the truth, only one thing may be improved - they have very nice balconies, but no tables or chairs on them. You can obviously ask for a chair, but it's difficult to bring a table, from the ground to 2nd floor.
