We've booked into the best largest room with a cute cosy little terrace area outside. location was fabulous to Bicester Village and the interior design of this Boutique Hotel is done up to highest standards.

The room was exactly how was advertised, spacious, beautiful aesthetics. The swinging chair was a nice touch. Tv has chrome cast facilities which gave us options to watch familiar shows. Bowling facility was quite fun. We experienced the pods which was a nice touch for a birthday! The staff were lovely and friendly, reception and in the Baton restaurant.

Breakfast was a bit of a shambles as we were not told that cereal and pastries were available. Just given the hot menu which was over fussy. The quality of the cooked breakfast was good though

The hotel was outstanding! The room was very spacious, modern, clean and cosy. The hotel restaurant had yummy options with outdoor pods available. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The hotel bar was a great touch! The bowling alley looked great but didnt get time to have a go. It made me happy that the hotel offered ‘brunch’ as we are not morning people and dont like to rush for breakfast. The hotel also had a takeaway pizza option which i thought was cute!! Great stay especially for young couples 🩵

The staff we ecountered were great, they went above and beyond multiple times, the rooms were so beautiful, me and my partner were treated very well and the breakfast was great i liked the breakfast in bed service too

The staff were charming, helpful and professional throughout. The designer presentation was excellent and the bed comfortable. My husband says that his full English breakfast was the best he has eaten in a long time.
