First of all, its in my favourite place and it's right by the Orange river! My family and I enjoyed sitting by the banks. The kids loved the pool and the place. Breakfast was lovely!

I have stayed here a few times and it is my go-to place when travelling through Upington. The guesthouse is situated on the banks of the Orange River and one can enjoy the pool overlooking the beautiful sunset. The rooms are great. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They have more than enough parking for overlanders and accessories, with power outlets available. The staff are very helpful and it is just a lovely place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at River Place Manor but some maintenance is needed for example, shower door rubbers need to be replaced. Some areas need painting.
