My wife and I were delighted with our stay here- the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely perfect, very large with a beautiful view over the lake. And also with very good quality Wi-Fi.

A nice inn by a small lake. Wonderful service. Breakfast and dinner was very good. We can tell that the food was designed to "wow". Not only it tastes great, but the presentation was excellent too. The inn has a public bath with an indoor and an outdoor bath with a nice view. The room is comfy - standard Japan ryokans.

Amazing view on the lake, people were very nice, the localisation is perfect, and I enjoyed the inside and outside baths very much. I loved it. I would have stayed longer if I could.

We traveled as a group of friends and booked the two most luxorios rooms for their private veranda bathes. One room for 4 friends, one for a couple. The rooms themselves are spacious, fancy, all in all really nice. The dinner was great.

Everything exceeded our expectations from the stuff to the facilities. I mentioned in a message that we'll be arriving around 6pm via bus and they were waiting to pick us up from the bus stop. 100% recommended.

The breakfast was the most memorable experience during my stay in Japan this trip (2.5 weeks) I wasn't even sure you could get a kaiseki breakfast, but it sure felt like it. The quality of the food was next level and was accompanied by a serene and tranquil garden setting looking toward the lake. I have travelled to Japan 9 times and I was gobsmacked by this breakfast experience.
