Everything was great. The owners are really good people,they tried to do the best. The Villa is amazing and near to main places. Breakfast so delicious and full of local and international food. I highly recommend this play for your stay.

Clean and really comfortable with a great breakfast and a jacuzzi bath, this was excellent value , breakfast was great and walking distance to unawatuna beach, the staff were so helpful and we had a really comfy 2 night stay

An amazing place to stay with brilliant hosts! We had a couple of cuts from surfing when we arrived and the host family helped us clean them up and bandage them (so kind!) The rooms are spacious, beautifully presented, clean and modern. The breakfast was HUGE, we were very full but it was delicious. Overall, fantastic value for money. The host family actually work incredibly hard as teachers at a local school. They really appreciated our custom and we were very happy to support such honest people. Please stay here if you get the opportunity!

Villa 73 was very good place to stay in Unawatuna. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and you can choose western or sri lankan breakfast. The staff were so kind and helpful. Big thanks for taking care of us!

We recently stayed at Villa 73 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is serene and well-maintained, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The manager, Seneth, is truly exceptional. His warm and professional demeanor made the entire process seamless, from check-in to check-out. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. A special mention goes to the caretaker lady, whose hospitality was outstanding. She made us feel right at home with her friendly nature and attention to detail. Every little request was handled with care, making our stay even more enjoyable. Villa 73 is an ideal getaway with a fantastic team that truly understands the meaning of great service. We highly recommend it!

The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was incredible. Like none I’ve seen in Sri Lanka for the price you pay! The breakfast was huge and with so much variety. I will definitely be staying here again and I will be recommending it to my friends too :)

Staff were very helpful and kind. Good location. The bath was fantastic and the WiFi and tv worked which was great. Breakfast was lovely too
