Nice room with a balcony and a spacious bathroom. Fridge in the room and good AC + a fan. Very good shower with hot water. The staff is super friendly and the cafe downstairs is very cozy and has good food/drinks :)

The hotel was in a great location on the walking street and by the beach. Bilish was a great host and made us feel right at home! Would definitely recommend

Great location close to beach ⛱️ bars 🍸 and food 👌 ! 2nd visit to this hotel we stayed 4 nites in room 201 not sure if other rooms have been updated but I think a comfy chair would be great, and it's so hot on the balcony the addition of a simple fan would have been amazing, sorry just my opinion, but still a great place to stay when visiting unawatuna 🌴🌴🌴! Curry and rice Cafe downstairs is very yummy 😋

Lovely big room close to everything in Unawatuna. The staff at the cafe are really nice and helpful - try their arrack & ginger beer cocktail, it’s the best I had in Sri Lanka!

Great location - near the beach and on the lively street. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Very kind and helpful staff. They made us feel at hime.

We got a free upgrade to the sea view room, which was super nice. Spacious room, super location, best shower we had in Sri Lanka and very kind, relaxed and helpful staff. After three weeks traveling Sri Lanka I think this was our best stay and would definitely recommend
