Room was ready before check in! The view of the beach & sea is incredible & exactly what we had hoped it would be after 2 weeks of travelling the island. There was enough sun loungers which was lovely & beach towels provided. The sunsets

Amazing location on the sand. It was good that it was about 100 metres from the safe swimming/turtle area as it was quieter in front of the hotel. Amazing balcony views. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Lots of nice places to eat and a small grocery store within a short walk, cheap and easy to get a tuktuk to unawatuna for a change of scene and tourist shops.

We had a two-night stopover and were really looking forward to our stay. However, we encountered several issues: the room was not clean, there was only one torn towel provided, and the sink had leftover shaving debris from the previous guest. Additionally, there were some safety concerns, as the electrical plugs seemed faulty, and the fire alarm was covered up, which is quite alarming. On a positive note, the view was absolutely stunning, and we were treated to beautiful sunsets. The beach can get quite crowded, though. We also found the staff to be unhelpful at times, and it’s worth noting that the lift was broken, making access to the fifth-floor rooms inconvenient.

The ocean view from the rooms is so beautiful, the beach is great too either way turtle beach just 30 seconds down the beach where you can swim away from the waves/ rocks.

The hotel is literally right on the beach. All rooms face the ocean. Big rooms, good breakfast with flexibility to take European or local direction. Friendly and attentive staff. Pool is about 15 meters, could manage to swim there. Ideal for kids.

Nice location, very perfect view with ocean, the all staff sooo kindly and helpfully, beach without waves, and near the beach many turtles can see , the otel restaurant is have good meals.

I was a little sceptical at first but the hotel grew on me and I would recommend for a couple of nights in Dalawella area. It's in a great location on a beautiful beach in its own right, close to turtle beach and a lagoon where our kids could swim. Room was clean and a decent size, good balcony from which we could spot turtles, bathroom good size with a hot powerful shower cubicle. Swimming pool is set next to reception and is inside so doesn't have the sun to heat it - so come with that expectation - but it does work as a place to swim and cool down/freshen up out of the sun. Our kids enjoyed it. Outside area is shaded by natural trees and that worked very well for us - the sun is fierce and there is little shade on the beach so a private area outside the hotel is v welcome. Plus you can move your lounger into the sun if you want. Great selection of restaurants nearby which can be reached on foot via beach, lovely in an evening.
