Fantastic location, directly on a white sandy beach; waves lapping the garden gate and you can hear the sea from the rooms. Great breakfast: tasty and generous. Lovely pool and sun loungers - everything you'd need for a stay. Villa itself if beautifully designed.

We had a fantastic stay at Royal Indigo Villa. The staff were amazing and so helpful. It was very child friendly and our 4 year old had an amazing time in the pool and checking out the different seating areas around the villa.

This is a beautiful historic villa renovated with a large pool right on the beach. The pool room is stunning f with a private plunge pool and opens also directly to the main pool. It is well located, luxurious and relaxing. We loved it. The staff were professional and very friendly, would always be available and help out. The food was good and they gave us very good advice and arranged an excellent tuk tuk driver for our excursion into Galle. I highly recommend a stay here to do very little but dip in the pool, read, eat, drink and enjoy the rolling waves in front of you.

Stunning building (a modern build in a heritage design), beautifully furnished, a thoughtful team (gave us space but there whenever we needed them), delicious breakfast, pool was the perfect depth & length for a relaxed swim, lovely views to the beach & ocean. Real attention to detail everywhere. The team kindly let us use the property for a few hours after we’d checked out, which we really appreciated. Great restaurant next door and a short Tuktuk to Galle or a larger local beach
