Friendly staff and helpful manager made staying enjoyable. The location is not far away from the beach. Rooms clean and tidy, bed were really comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean. We arrived early but got checked-in almost immediately. We even got offered a slightly better room so that we wouldn’t wait for ours to get ready. We appreciated this nice gesture

I would say that I like how helpful the staff was. There is room for improvement with the food time to make the food and the knowledge of hospitality. But overall it's a nice place to spend the night.

The hotel was small and cute. The staff was super helpful and brought all our bags to our room and even though we checked in late at night, they still brought us welcome drinks to our room.

I had a great stay at Epic. Staff are so kind and helpful! The room itself was sooo clean and cool, which helped me have the best sleep o had had during my whole sri Lankan trip! I had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was very tasty...and good value. I loved the balcony space, which surprisingly was free from .mosquitos, even in the evening so I could sit out and relax. Also helpful to dry clothes out in the sun. Location is also good only 5 mins in a tuk tuk from the main shops and beach is just across the road so easily accessible. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place

We loved everything about Epic Unawatuna. The rooms are huge and very modern and the location is perfect for exploring the area. However, the one stand out was Mahesh who was by far the highlight of our stay if not our entire trip. Thank you Mahesh and the rest of the team!
