Wonderful resort in front of a very nice beach. You can enjoy the breakfast in front of the waves of the ocean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We had a great stay at Amanda Beach Villa. Beach was amazing and staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in Unawatuna.

The staff made us fresh breakfast daily and they even did a Sri Lankan style breakfast for us to try. The fact you can wake up and walk to the beach

We had a great stay at Amanda, recommend 100%. Great location right by the beach with beatiful sand and no crowds, sea view from the room and at breakfast, very friendly staff, good food!

Great place to stay. Located a bit out of town, but you can walk to Unawatuna beach in 15/20mins and Turtle beach in 10mins. The view on the ocean from the room is very nice and the room has a good bed and warm shower. Next to all this, is the very warm and friendly staff. They helped us out with our tuktuk together with some other tuktuk drivers that are always around the corner. For breakfast it would be nice if they could offer also more Sri Lankan next to the toast, fruit and egg.
