Food excellent - the included main meal was lovely; the sauna free and great; room fine. Bed very soft but comfortable. Staff were helpful. Overall it was a good hotel, outstanding value for money and we would definitely stay again

Convenient location. The room is small but cozy and quiet. Very clean and smells nice. I really liked the mattress and pillows of different density, so I could choose a comfortable one. Thick curtains, which is very comfortable on sunny nights. Good dinner and breakfast.

Simple, clean room - sufficient and good. Very fine breakfast, simple but good supper. Nice sauna. Close to the city centre.

Good breakfast, nice sauna, soso dinner. Okay hotel for this price. But you should know, for this basic price you get a room in second floor ground. No windows, bad if you are claustrophobic, but good if you wanna be trained for living in a bunker.

Breakfast is very good. Location is perfect, very close to Umeå central, walking distance. The room is pretty ok. There were two dinner we need to take away, staff in the hotel was really helpful to fix this for us.
