The location was good, the room was beautiful, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Extremely quiet in the room, it felt like we were the only ones there. Breakfast was nice. We have stayed in a few different hotels in Umeå and this is by far our favourite.

The room was okay, but not cleaned properly. There was dirt on my bed and on pillows. The breakfast was not that good, though I was very excited about it. The staff and the location, ambience is awesome

Hotel located in the city centre in the historical building of a former school Very kind staff Very clean Big room with a wide comfortable bed Kettle, coffee and tea in the room Public garage nearby (cheaper than the one next to the hotel)

The hotel was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The staff were lovely, and the building was amazing. All the finishing touches in the room made our stay so much more enjoyable. The history behind the building was amazing.

The service was good. Big thanks to the girls at the receptions being patient to the request of the guests. The room was spacoius and the bed was huge and comfy. Very nice bath room with a bathtube and shower. Good breakfast.

Very beautiful building, nice clean and quiet room and splendid breakfast. Nice goodie bags for both the dog and myself as a welcome present.
