The staff were exceptionally nice, accommodating my late checkout and providing attentive service throughout. While the property may not be luxurious, it delivers on expectations for the price. I found my room to be comfortable and clean, and the pool area was a pleasant surprise.

Firstly, staff were excellent and so helpful and kind. A little cheeky and funny also which we love abit of banter. We left our passports at the villa which is 45 min drive to airport and they had phoned me prior to my flight and dropped the passports to us at the airport. Staff also said if we bring our kids on the next trip to nomad they will watch our children for us as a kind gesture. I’m so greatful to have stayed with such an awesome villa. Will be recommending them to friends/family and will deffinately be coming back to nōmad hub!! 5 starsssssssssss

Staff were very friendly, approachable and accommodating to our needs. Available for daily cleaning of villa. Aircon in the bedroom was a lifesaver in the Bali heat. They provided clean and filtered drinking water as well as a fridge to keep our food fresh
