very good breakfast, choice for everybody, comfortable room, clean, close to sea, to begining of reviera from bith sides, 2 km from center, 2 km to other part of resort, beautiful nature, friendly people working there…

Great location, perfect for families. Nice beaches, and options around. As the wather was tricky, the indoor pool and spa was in good use. Clean pools! For half board, it has basically all you need. We had one the nicest suites, with huge balconieS! As it had a seperate living room, we could enjoy some time off, while our son was sleeping in the other room. Wiev from the room was also on spot. Modern hall, bar, and great sunbeds, umbreallas, outside facilities for all family members. We had some request toward reception, and we always get what we asked for immediately, that is more of a 5* experience! Also, the mattress in the bed was superb.

We selected premium room with a seaside view. It was just perfect ... Until we heard how much ATP Umag was loud at night. There was something wrong with the insulation on the windows, or something. The staff was very understanding and they had arranged a new room (parkside view) within an hour. After that we slept like babies. Everything else was perfect. The food was tasty, the staff was friendly and they loved to help (had some great conversations with the cleaning staff, staff at the bar and at the reception). It was a great family vacation. We recommend! Thank you Hotel Umag Plava laguna!

If you like staying in a hotel that is near the beach and if you like having every possible facilities nearby - this is a hotel for you. Staff is super neat and helpful (special thanks to Marko from reception and the barkeeper-lady Mirta)! Rooms are comfortable. Food is OK there is enough choice of meals for a 7 day holidays. Beaches are fine. There are many events for childrens. The stuff is friendly.
