Deluxe Queen Room - The Adelaide - enter dates to see room photos

Named after Adelaide Spencer, the first lady of the house in 1885, this beautiful room has a modern bathroom with underfloor heating and a large shower. The balcony overlooks the garden with beautiful trees. There is a queen-sized 4-poster bed, a large TV, comfy chairs and garden views. Free WiFi is available.

Deluxe Queen Room - enter dates to see room photos

Named for the oak trees in the garden, grown from the Royal Oak in England, this large room has a stylish bathroom featuring magnificent river views, underfloor heating, large walk in shower, deep claw foot bath and plenty of storage. There is an antique queen-sized bed, a balcony and lovely views over the Leven River. Free WiFi, a large antique desk and a Smart TV are provided.

This room has a luxurious queen-sized bed and an ever changing view of the river, town and fields beyond. The beautiful light and spacious bathroom has under floor heating and a large walk-in shower. There is a Smart TV, free WiFi and a fireplace.

Twin Room - Kenner & King - enter dates to see room photos

Named for the 1st builder in 1885 and the most recent builder who won the Master Builders award in 2017 for the excellent renovations at Boscobel, this room features twin beds that can be made up into a king size upon request. The beautiful light and spacious bathroom has under floor heating and a large walk-in shower. The ambience is completed by the fireplace. Free WiFi is available.
