Room is clean, staff are friendly and allowed us to check in earlier. Hotel is close to a park where the Danube flows and also the city centre.

The staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was family run. The breakfast was good. The hotel was close to the railway station but was consequently noisy from goods trains travelling at all hours. The bathroom, although small was adequate.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with nice staff and bicycle storage and totally walkable to the old town. Breakfast was an additional Euro 9, which was nice.

Great stay for cyclists - they have a locked bike room and a lift to the upper floors. The reception staff were great, the room modern, the wifi good, the bed comfy and there was plenty of hot water. Town is only a 5 minute walk and Ulm has a lot to see in its historic altstadt - it even has the old town walls to walk along the Danube. We stayed two nights and would love to stay again. Breakfast was excellent both mornings.

Ulm is a small town and this hotel is only a few minutes walk from the station, and also from the old part of town where there are lots of good restauants. There is also a park nearby leading down to the Danube.
