location, staff. I asked for a quiet room - away from the cathedral. It was on an upper floor which helped as well

Location was central, even though they do not have parking facilities, there was a parking facility nearby with reasonable rate (€26 for 2.5 days). Staff speaks excellent English and very friendly. I love that they have sauna facility which is much appreciated during such a cold weather. Breakfast was sumptuous spread, they offer freshly cooked scrambled eggs which we took on both mornings. Bathroom is spacious and clean. I was given a corner room as I asked for a quiet spot. I had great night sleep and the firm mattress helped as well. There is a huge farmers market on Saturday just a stone’s throw away from the hotel. I will definitely come back again next year.

Really big modern room with A/C, comfortable firm bed, big bathroom with lots of space to spread out and a terrific shower. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. There was a Spa but we arrived too late to try it.

- staff are particularly friendly, always trying to help - breakfast is clearly above average, with a a large and diverse selection, with eggs at you liking upon request - great central location - all equipments modern and confortable

Room -quiet room (at least when I visited) -safetybox -good AirCon (adjustable temp./speed) -roomy bathroom -large rain showerhead -comfy bed -possibility to open several windows -a sofa/couch infront of TV in room -large room -main switch for turning off lights Hotel -a very good breakfast -fried eggs as you like -breakfast hostess very kind and helpful -1 elevator -reception/main entrance door closes at 22:00 -bar for drinks -luggage storage Location -just beside main square -E-bikes can be rented at nearby Trek Ulm -hotel approx. 700m from Ulm main trainstation

Amazing room. Really spacious for the price. The hotel is located in a really good location, right in the center of Ulm. And really close to a cheap parking!
