For security reasons, the parking garage elevator is only accessible with a hotel key. Vehicles with a height up to 2 metres can access the garage. Please note that reservation is not necessary.Guests with restricted mobility are kindly asked to inform the hotel of this when making their reservation.The reception is open 24/7. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00.For group reservations a special cancellation policy is applied:
- for 5 or more rooms, a cancellation is free or charge until 1 day prior to arrival.
- for 10 or more rooms, a cancellation is free or charge until 3 days prior to arrival.

We really appreciated the family suite, which was on two levels. Room was simply furnished but cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! There were a lot of savory and sweet delicacies, including salmon tartelettes. Position is incredibly good, there is an underground parking of a shopping mall right below the hotel, with an elevator directly serving it. Very good price/quality ratio.

Spacious rooms, easy parking in the garage under the hotel and very accommodating staff. We asked for 2 baby beds and the staff made sure that the rooms were fully set up. Perfect hotel for a stay over on our way to the alps

The hotel was perfectly located and within easy reach of the train station and attractions on foot. The rooms were spotlessly clean and modern and the breakfast was of excellent quality. We had an large 4 person room and particularly liked how spacious it was, it felt more like an apartment than a room! The best part though was both the efficiency and friendliness of every member of staff, from check in to departure we found everyone exceptional, the best in any hotel we've been to and we travel a lot. We had an issue with our room safe that developed a fault but because it couldn't be fixed until the next day, we were offered free beers by way of an apology, even though we didn't complain about the delay. The breakfast staff were superb and we were looked after by a lovely Ukrainian girl, whose name I didn't get, but who was so attentive and helpful and we were so impressed. We left feeling like we'd left a friend behind. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ulm. Vielen Dank an alle im Comfor Hotel Ulm 😊

The hotel is located in a quite part of Ulm, but very close to the city centre. Our room for two persons was huge and comfortable, breakfast was wonderful. Also access from the underground parking lot to the hotel is easy to reach. Very friendly staff. We will stay there again for sure.
