The location is wonderful, especially if one wants to have a nice little stroll in the city center and to the "Ulmer Münster"

The hotel has two buildings. Last time I had stayed in the old one. Not satisfied. This time I was hosted in the new building. There, everything is excellent. Luxurious rooms with all the amenities. This rooms deserve a 5* rating.

The location, close to the Train station. The room was very spacious. Staff very kind even the one lady who did speak only German.

Really located in the center. the apartment was incredible , mainly it had an internal upstairs and a large balcony. Absolute correct , well equipped hotel-room. The staff was really helpful and service oriented.

Perfect place if you travel with the train. And not far away from the city centre. Excellent breakfast, with many choices, especially low carb options, which are not always easy to find, so thank you for this! Anyway there was a wide variety for every taste. I have particularly appreciated that there were two kind of pillows.

When I approached the front desk to request a different room, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They quickly moved me to a much larger room. While the design was quite dated, it was clean, cozy, and far more comfortable.

Location is perfect, in the city center you can just walk to the Christmas market and Visit the Ulm Minster Church
