Hotel Overview

Situated in the small fishing village of Ullapool, the independent Argyll Hotel boasts free Wi-Fi and free parking. This traditional music venue features a seafood and steak restaurant, and a popular bar.
The rooms feature a flat-screen Freeview TV and Fairtrade tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary shortbread biscuits and bottled water. Most rooms overlook Loch Broom and the surrounding mountains.
We no longer serve a full Scottish breakfast. We serve a free continental breakfast at our sister hotel across the road and guests can upgrade to a full Scottish Breakfast. The Restaurant offers an extensive menu, with vegetarian and gluten free choices. Dishes are freshly prepared using locally sourced produce where possible. The Argyll Hotel’s well-stocked bar serves real ales and cocktails.
The Argyll Hotel is host to a full schedule of traditional live music and weekly entertainment. Located on the scenic west coast of the Scottish Highlands, the pet friendly hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk from Ullapool Harbour and the popular Ullapool Museum and Visitor Centre.

Lovely hotel good value for money food is fantastic staff are great, room is amazing looking straight to the sea, right next to the ferry port crossing to Hebrides island.

continental breakfast was just what we needed to start our day travelling. also the open mike in the bar that night was superb. good local music

Good location. Room comfortable, spacious and tea/coffee/water provided. Great continental breakfast provided which you had at their sister hotel The Ferry Boat Inn with options to upgrade/pay for a cooked breakfast. Food here was excellent! We dined here on both the nights we stayed. Staff at both hotels friendly and obliging.

Excellent room, very spacious and nicely furnished. Comfortable bed and a great night's sleep. Pub downstairs served delicious food in the evening. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Located at the harbour front, so ideal for us for the ferry next day.
