One of the best views in Ulcinj, close to everything, the area around the sea side is small so you can easily walk all around in 30 min, safe garage parking, mosque in front of the hotel, not so crowded in April-May so you can enjoy this place (in the summer is busy), must mention Kol (the man in charge) he was very kind and helpful, also 24/7 available for any assistance...

Best location, right on the small beach, hotel is fairly nice, open and with staff is great who are very helpful.
