As it is in the middle of nature, but you can reach the center of Ulcinj in 5 minutes by car. The landscape is a dream, from where you can see the olive groves and a bonus 5 minutes drive away is Valdanos beach. We saw one of the most beautiful sunsets here

Carolea Villas is an absolute gem nestled among beautiful olive groves. The peaceful setting creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation, and the villas themselves are stunningly designed and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the serene view of olive trees is an experience in itself. The attention to detail and care from the hosts made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape in Ulcinj, Carolea Villas is the perfect choice!

I had the pleasure of staying at Carolea Villas this past weekend, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner spotless and well-maintained. My room was cozy, with fresh linens and a pristine bathroom that added to the overall comfort. The attention to detail in the hotel's upkeep did not go unnoticed. The staff were always friendly and eager to assist, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring that my needs were promptly met. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality truly made my stay special. Overall, CAROLEA VILLAS provided an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-serviced hotel. I look forward to returning in the future!

One of our best stays in Montenegro. We stayed here for 2 nights and we loved the vibe, the food, and the kindness of the staff. *Hospitality* The moment we checked in we were welcomed by the manager in such a hospitable way. They catered for our needs with regard to our 2 year old sleeping next to us, and they even drove me downtown to buy a pair of sandals, just to avoid traffic. Such a friendly gesture! *Rooms* As the place looks brand-new, we had luxurious and well equipped rooms which were spotless. Water pressure could be improved and for those who like to sleep in the dark, they could improve with hanging real curtains here and there as we were awake from 6am each day ;-) *Pool & Restaurant * Slightly salty (which means less chloride 🙌🏻) of great temperature. Our 2 year old daughter had a blast. The overall area gives you a Tuscany vibe. The food from breakfast to dinner was amazing. We’ve eaten most of our meals here and loved all of them (Kudos to the Chef). For those staying here for multiple days; a tip would be to also dine one night at Mashtra — The Olive house (across the street). If we ever go back to Montenegro 🇲🇪, we’ll surely visit Carolea again!

The place is quiet and cosy, surrounded by old olive trees. The room was clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed for our leisure stay. Sheky, the owner of this cosy pension - was the perfect host. He not only gave us information about the location, POIs.. In the long night discussion over a few beers he explained us and helped us understand Montenegro and Montenegrians. Thank you, Sheky.

The apartments are brand new, very comfortable and very well equipped. Stuff is extremely polite and helpful. Nice breakfast is included with a la cart option for lunch/dinner.
