The location is perfect, just walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The kitchen, bathroom and living area were all sparkling clean with fresh linens and towels provided.

The staff are helpful and cordial with no hassles. The location is quite peaceful and within 10 minutes' walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice balcony, clean, big room. All in all really okey. Has parking and location is good, air-conditioned. The staff is really nice and accommodating.

We recently stayed at Apartments Perezaj II and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Ulcinj and close to all the beaches, plus making it easy to explore the area. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ulcinj
