They are super helpful. They let me use the washing machine for free and provided the detergent powder because I stayed in their hostel for a week. Whatever room you pick, all of it is comfortable.

Zaya is a fantastic hostel. It's in a great location. You can walk to museums, shopping centres, restaurants. Anand the owner is a really nice guy. The hostel is quiet and clean and really comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

They welcomed my dog and was so friendly and we also chatted ☺️ Facility was super clean and they had automatic lock which is safe for women And spacious so it felt like I have whole apartment for myself and my doggy They made my stay so enjoyable. One night when I had to leave my dog, they took care of my dog while I was away, so kind of them! Will definitely visit again!!!

Absolutely loved the hostel. Stayed there before my big trip through Mongolia and afterwards. They were super friendly and helped to organise day trips etc. Once you find it (get a sim so you can chat with them and they come down to show you in)😊

The hostel might be hard to find at first but that is the only down side. I absolutely loved my stay there. The privatw room with private shower was amazing. The staff is super nice and helpful! I would always book it again as the prices are also super fair!

The place is more a guesthouse than a hostel. However, it’s a hidden gem. You will be staying in a authentic Ulan Bator neighborhood, but close to the main square. The room is spacious for a nice value for money ratio. The host family is very friendly and they offer airport pick up as well as drop off.

Hostel owner is super flexible and warm, like a good old friend librarian. Dining and kitchen is so utilized for long stay. Location is very good if you like shopping since it's close to the state department store, Nomin. During 14 days stay at Ulaanbaatar, I hopped on and off several hostels & guest houses. Trust me, Zaya hostel is the best.
